The Lord has blessed us with a baby boy!  Samuel's baptism into Christian faith will be on Sunday, June 6th, 2004 Lord of Life - Lutheran Church, Westfield, IN (map and directions) 10:45 am service Reverends Timothy Krupski and Gary L. Miller (Grandpa) will be performing the ceremony. Samuel's sponsors are:  Corey Wise and Laura Szejner (uncle and aunt), Ryan and Yvetta Naylor (church friends and neighbors) All are invited to share in this joyous occasion with us*! * No gifts please.   - pictures from the baptism to be posted later

About Baptism: Baptism and It's Purposes Baptismal Covenant Why Baptize Infants Infant Baptism Roles of the sponsors: To remember Samuel in their prayers and frequently ask God to guard him in body and soul.   To put Samuel in mind of his baptism. If he should ever happen to stray away from the church or be doing wrong, they will speak to him about the covenant made with God at his baptism.   To see that he is taught the Christian religion and is brought up in the Church. If Ben or Angela would fail in this duty, or should die, they will make every effort to carry out this sacred privilege.
